Hi I lived in Summer hill apartments for 7 months. The manager sucks! She was a total ----- to everyone. She would always accuse me and my room mates for partying on days we werent even home. She would also have her maitnence guys come into our apartment with no permission from my room mates and i. When she finally got security on the premises we were again accused of an incident that took place else where at a different apartment number. We told the manager that it wasnt us that the security officer talked to that night... The people who were talked to by the security officer even went to management and told them that it was indeed them who were talked to that night. The manager didnt care and she still gave us a write up for it. Overall the place SUCKS! Do NOT move into those apartments. I promise you will regret it!
