Sunrise Creek Apartments

Comfortable and Happy From: Alicelove Date posted: 8/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   8/06/08: I'd just like to update that we've been living here a year now, and I'm just as happy with the complex as I was the day I moved in. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean, and I have no complaints! My roommate and I have only been here a month, but I have to say I'm impressed. Our maintenance requests are filled promptly, the walls are very insulated and I only hear my neighbors when they have their music up VERY loud, and I love that I'm paying less than $1 per square foot for a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse! We have a fireplace and a washer/dryer in-unit, and balconies on both floors! The neighbors I've met so far are either friendly or keep to themselves, and either case is fine with me! I have to admit, because I'm in the front half of the complex I occasionally have to park on the street. But considering it's only about 100 feet from my apartment I don't really consider that to be a drawback, especially since everything else is so excellent. Highly recommended for roommates, the townhouses are awesome!
