Wonderful place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I lived at Sunrise Woods for a year and a half. It was a great place, huge floorplan, full size washer and dryer in the apartment etc. We never had any problems with noise or neighbors, never had to call maintenance for anything. If you can afford it the place is worth it, when I left the 2 bed/2bath was $975. Now that I'm looking for an apartment near Sac State I realize how great I had it. My roommates car did get stolen, but I think that was random and happens in almost any complex. Plus her make/model is highly desirable for parts and she had no alarm.
