Great Place in Citrus Heights From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I love living here!!! Now Citrus Heights isn't the best neighborhood in Sac, but for the area, it's great. There are the occational fights and cars being broken into (which comes with the location and apartment living in general), but it really is a good community for the location. I feel safe, and my issues are addressed properly. The apartments are nice sized and priced competitively. There are no parking problems. My guest never have issues finding a place to park. And best of all, maintenance problems are addressed quickly. Usually if I have a problem, the maintenance guys are there almost right away. Plus, this place updates their fixtures. I lived in a so called "luxury" apartment in Roseville and all the doors and lights had that ugly gold, but this place has all the silver and chrome. I've lived in a lot of other apartment communities before this one and so far these guys are the best. They seem to really try to make it nice for you to live there dispite the location or age of the apartments.
