I've lived at Sunrise Woods now for almost 2 years now. Recently they had a management company change. I was sad to see the management go as they were always soo friendly and nice, but glad to see that Josh stayed. The grounds are always clean and neat. He is so responsive to my needs and always seems to do a real quality job. Everything about the property itself I absolutly love. The assistant in the office is very nice, but the main manager, Dayla is her name I think, was totally rude to me. I came in to ask about a maintenance issue, and she snaped at me asking in a rude tone, What do you wnat right now, I'm busy. We're all busy sweetheart! I really didn't appreciated her tone with me. I came in all poliet and friendly and said hi and all I get in return is attitude. Oh hell no! I've talked with some neighbors and they all agree, she's gotta go. Mean and rude to everyone. I'm curious if she treat prospective residences like that'!'! Hopefule that won't scare new people off, but I have to speak the truth. Other than her, I love this place, but she's gotta go. I hope they fire her like they did the other manager, Sheriden. She wasn't as rude, but totally ignored you. People like that don't belong in that kind of position.

About Dayla- I wouldn't say she is normally that rude, but she is a know it all. About Josh & Maint.- I totally agree
