I have lived here for over 10 years, and seen a few management companies come and go... for the most part the past management companies have been great... some more than others. Sheridin was very sweet but ignored someone when a problem happened. this is nothing compared to the manager in the office now. i definatley agree with the ;ast rating and will say she is quiet the -----. pardon my language but there is no better word. everytime i come in with a problem or even just to say hi, she gives me the cold shoulder and basically makes it her assistant's problem to deal with everyone. The assistant, i think her name is Ashley is such a sweety. she always has a warm welcoming smile and always ready to help. i think she takes care of business better. The maintenance is wonderful, so happy that josh stayed with this company. the ground are great, and i love where i live, but with dayla being the manager, i dont know how much longer i will be staying
