I have lived here for quite a few years now and watched many different management companies and managers come through here. Some better than others, but this time around we got ourselves a rude, disrespectful and down right mean manager Dayla. She does not listen to anything, but is very quick to comment. It's like she has to have the last word, whether she knows what she is talking about or not. The property is going down hill since I first moved in. I feel like I live in the bad part of the city due to the people they are allowing to move in here. There are loud parties that run into the parking lot, fights that breaking out and the cops are always here for one reason or another. Just in the past month and a half, there have been 3 incidents in the parking lot (in regards to the same tenants), vehicles messed up and Dayla's only comment is 'we can't be responsible for your vehicles'. Yet nothing is being done about the issue at hand, the disrespectful tenants cause this problem. Something needs to be done. Dayla is not a good manager and should be replaced with someone who wants to listen instead of talk back with excuses or information she knows nothing about. I see her assistant in and out of the office during non office hours with her boyfriend and have also seen (the boyfriend) chase people out of the club house. I do not think that this is necessary or even appropriate for apartment staff to be in the office except for emergency situations after hours and especially not with their significant others. My personal information is in the office and how do I know that my information is not being messed with or stolen when people (anyone she wants to bring) are coming and going in the office all hours of the day and night. Because of Dayla and the new staff I am thinking of moving out of my apartment and going somewhere that the staff is concerned with the tenants, which obviously will not be with a Tri-Commercial Community if this is the type of staff they hire.

Yes, Dayla is not a great manager and probably needs to be replaced ASAP, but that doesn't mean the property is as bad as described. They got rid of the assistant (or she left, don't know don't care, just know shes gone). The cops are not out that often. Maintenance is good, the property is nice and upkeep, and rent is reasonable so other than the manager, it really is a nice place to live.

First of all Anonymous 1/7/09 you try being a woman walking in the dark with a small child. Obviously you're just a dumb ass that doesn't know any better. This is neither safe nor smart, but I guess since you're a dumb a** person you wouldn't think of safety for a woman or small child under age 1 now would you. I pay a lot for rent and deserve to have my guests to be able to park relatively close to my apt. No one care about where you have lived in the past or your past parking issues at other complexes. This is regarding this complex so get over your dumb arrogant self.

Parking is not that bad. The manager is a B&^%$, but the parking is totally exagerated. There is plenty of parking in the back which is not that far from the front. I've lived at properties where you have to park on the street because there was not enough parking spaces on the property. My opinion, walk you fat a$$ to the bad, at least you are still on site!
