My Honest 2 cents

Dear Tenants and Prospective Tenants,
I'll make this as short and sweet as I can since I just got done reading some really long ones, but have a feeling this is going to take a while. I'll take an educated guess at this one, most of those comments are probably some how exagerated in some way (not that they don't have truth to it, but most are probably written out of anger or frustration so many times the truth gets stretched a little), so here's my version of the truth....
-The tennis courts gotta go or get fixed. They are in horrible condition since I move in and hasn't gotten any better, but I checked out the new gym the other day and it was pretty nice. The complex does lack a playground for children though.
-The current manager Dayla, is rude, snotty and overall a pain to deal with, but so are most apartment managers I've dealt with. She seems to have a short fuse so patience training might help, key word, might. The last one, I think Eana' Was a sweetheart, but I'm not sure she really knew what she was doing. You either seem to get them dumb and friendly or rude and ----.
-The maintenance is good, but it's not like there's a whole lot to do at this property. I do always see them working so that must be a plus. The property is clean so maybe they do a good job, but I don't really know, not my area of expertise.
-The parking is bad up at the front, but there's PLENTY in the back. Walk, deal with it. I have to, so should everyone else, but if you're handicap, you might want to get a unit in the back.
-Noise is a concern if you're a day sleeper (so glad I'm not) and in the back of the complex but only because children are always out and playing. It's not like they have anywhere else to go though. Also the walls are kind thin, but its an older building so its not like a new construction but its not like an old apartment building in downtown either.
-There are occationally fights and parties there, same with any apartment complex. I lived in a luxury apartment in Rocklin, but there were still fights, parties and cops that showed up there too. You're not going to avoid that no matter where you go.
Lastly, Sunrise Woods is a nice property. Honestly, I like the place. I didn't say I like the staff or management company or anyone else related to the property. I also didn't say I don't like them either. Just know that I'm an average gal, that just wanted to put a little more opinion and thought through peoples minds. Just be sure to think before you post anything here. I've worked in property management before and it can be frustrating dealing with incorrect information on this site. Pick you words wisely.
Signed,
Current Resident (who isn't going anywhere)
