The management here does not know what they are doing. When my daughter moved out they screwed up on the 30-day notice and extended it. They admitted they made a mistake but refused to fix it. We are still fighting with them over the issue but Dayla's only response is "I can't help you". We will be dealing with the Property Management company from here on out because Dayla is incompetent and so is the staff.

The reason my daughter is moving is because someone recently tried to break in to her apt in the middle of the night. She has been scared ever since so we decided to move her to a better neighborhood. Her parking spot was very far from her apt so it was a long walk and she gets home after dark.

While I understand your frustrations, I wouldn't say to avoid this place at all cost. You have to understand that these sort of things can happen at all apartments (and I mean the break ins) You aren't in Granite Bay, it's Citrus Heights. While not the ghetto, it;s not upscale either. You could get broken into in a rich neighborhood too, but that doesn't mean the apartments in general are bad. Dayla though is a pain the rear. Last I heard she is no longer there, thank god, but in my opinon, your rating are not a true reflection of this property. Best of luck to you with the property management though. Last time I heard the corp lady was more of a pain then Dayla was, but that's just gossip though. Hope it works out for you.
