I moved in Oct 2008 and LOVE it. I don t know what all this people are talking about, the manager Dayla is so nice and always on top of things around the property. If you have a problem with her it s probably because YOU are not following the rules guidelines of the property. Do you want to party' Do you want peace and quiet' Don t like living above or below anyone' Then buy a house! I hear they are really cheap right now then maybe you can stop your whining, oh wait! You won t because now you have to deal with property taxes and fixing your own ----. (Sorry if it offends you, get over it!) All I have to say is that the property is always clean and the manager is nice, polite and always gets the work done.

We're all glad that you like it here but so did my daughter when she first moved in. My daughter did not party, was not loud and did not bother anyone. It wasn't until she moved out did the problem occur. Dayla doesn't know what she is doing and will try to preach 'California Law' just to keep your security deposit. Hope you know your rights or she will keep your money. Luckily, my daughter knew her rights when Dayla tried to cheat her....

First of all I have lived at this property for quite sometime now. I have been through property management after property management and so far this management has been the worst. Dayla is getting better, but for you to think or even say that 'If you have a problem with her it s probably because YOU are not following the rules guidelines of the property.' is -------- and a huge assumption and we all know where assumptions get you??????you make an ASS out of yourself (as you are doing here). I follow all rules and then some. I am a quite neighbor and do not get into anyone??????s business, maybe you need to think about doing the same. Then you want to state '(Sorry if it offends you, get over it!)', obviously your not over it if you are on here talking crap about others responses. You need to get over yourself!
