I have lived here for about a year now and it's been the best apartment experience I've had by far. The maintenance team is the BEST- Josh is awesome; today my A/C was out of freon and he was at my apartment within about five minutes after I called the office. All of my experiences with the management have been positive, although I'm not exactly sure who Dayla is- is she the really tall one with the long dark hair' That's the only person I've dealt with and I've always thought she seems very nice.
Even though it's located right on Sunrise Avenue, I do not have any noise problems whatsoever. This may be due to my particular location in the complex- I live in the middle as opposed to the front (which is right on Sunrise) but I've never had any problems. Even the people in the community are really nice- I've had people come by with my mail that accidentally got delivered to the wrong box, and yesterday when my car had broken down and I had to have it towed home, a very nice gentleman came out and asked if I was okay and what had happened. He told me that we all look out for each other here, and I'd have to say that I believe that! This is a great little complex.
