Just like every other place I've lived.

Place is nice, little older, needs some updates, but fairly nice. Parking seems fine unless you live up front. Only bad part, which could be good, is the location. It's right on Sunrise Blvd. Its convenient as far as being centrally located, but the intersection is dangerous. People speed through the complex (seems to never be addressed), and idiot drivers on Sunrise scare the hell out of me when pulling out which is my main reason for moving. The staff over all was nice. When I left they got a new office girls. She was the pregnant one (at least preg when I was there). She was the only one I think I might have had a problem with if I still lived there. She was kinda of ditzzy and snapped at me on the phone once. She appologized, but I still remember it and it was a bit annoying. The manager was the same. Shorter dark haired one. Nice, but only meet with her once. I tried to avoid visting the office at any apartment. Seems the more involved with the office, the more the problems seem to occur. Over all wasn't bad, but didn't like the location and it was a wee bit expensive, but I also wasn't there very long. Its just like every other apartment I've lived in though. Same issues, same positives areas just basic apartment living. Not for me cause the location, but other than my issue, it's a nice place. I wouldn't suggest it for families though since no playground and so close to major street, but good for the starter couple or roommate thing.
