stay away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   we lived here for a year and a half. although, the units were small for the price, we liked the complex as a whole. the new manager, linda, took over just as we were moving out in april. when i called to find out about my deposit, i was given the run around and told that it was not ready yet. when i finally decided to go down to her office, she told me that the apartment was so dirty that they were keeping my deposit and charging me $200. this was all after i did a walk through and told that everything looked good. we have always been good tenants and the previous manager asked us to reconsider moving. bottom line, this woman is a low life scam artist. i would not reccomend moving here now, because in addition to keeping your deposit, it sounds like there are other issues, like the unavailibility of the ammenities and scheduled rent increases.
