Moldy Apartments and Skunks on Property - I lived here for three years, and the property always had a lot of skunks roaming around. Beautiful Property! My grandmother and I visited Arcade Creek Manor last weekend. We were very impressed with the property. Very clean, gorgeous grounds and the residents are extremely nice.

I like the fact that it is so close to shopping!
The apartments have improved a lot both the way they look, and neighbors.
The pool looks way better than it did yrs.

Beware! Lived here for almost a year, and it was the worst place I have ever lived. Couldn't get any help in regard to maintenance issues, and the manager is rarely available. Rules don't apply to manager and her family, but she makes sure to enforce them with everyone else.
