Really liked it here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999   I loved the vaulted ceilings, skylight, spacious bathroom. The parking fee was a bit of a pain, I suppose, but I just thought of it as part of the rent--it's like getting a discount if you don't own a car. The rent (even including the parking fee) was very reasonable, especially compared to others in the area. Very well maintained, very nice management. After moving, I got my whole deposit back, even though I didn't really clean up. I accidently left my ironing board there, and a bag of change--in a letter with my deposit, they offered to mail me by ironing board (to N. Cal) with the change they collected ($12.67), or give the board to their maintenance man (very nice guy) and add the money to their bingo fund! :) Oh, I did have to buy my own fridge. (Why is that so common down here')
