I have lived at Bonita Terrace Apartments for nearly 19 years now, and I could not be happier. The staff and owner are responsive to any and all problems, which are solved usually within 24 hours or less. It is quiet, even though I'm on the street. I can disappear into the dark of my back bedroom where I sleep like a baby. My neighbors are considerate and quiet, and I feel safe and comfortable here and always have. And as for the satellite situation mentioned in a comment from several years back, that policy has changed and satellite dishes are allowed with permission from the office. I highly recommend this splendid, exclusively single-story complex to anyone seeking refuge from the rat race.
