We have had a few issues here. The apartment was not very clean upon move in- very dirty carpeting. There is a Termite problem on our deck. They have single car garages, but they are no where near your apartment, which is a big inconvenience. Plus, don't even think about parking in one of the open spots--they will tow you ! It is really quite unusual how often they have tenant's cars towed. It almost seems like there is some sort of "arrangement" with the towing company and management.
