I had a 1 bd on the second floor -- huge ceilings, nice balcony. I was right across from the pool, so that could be a little noisy in the summer when little kids would use it, but the pool closed at 10 so it wasn't so bad. Maintenance was great, always responsive to problems. Management was good too, very easy going. I juuuust moved out, so it's tough to tell how the deposit return process will go, but they gave me a very reasonable estimate for 2 years of heavy use.

In general this place isn't incredibly luxurious, but it really isn't bad either -- it's relatively cheap and walking distance to the schools: I walked to Pomona for class every day. There is also a bus right outside that goes to the metrolink station, which is very nice too. The parking really isn't a problem. They give you a garage and as long as you talk to them it's very very easy to get a parking pass. We had tons of friends stay with us and none of them ever got towed.
