This is the most run down complex in Claremont. The apts are old with the fences rotting away. The mx and manager personal don't do anything to make it better. The doors don't close, the cabnets don't close correctly, the bathroom is nice but just one tiny sink, right next to the freeway and with the cheap windows it's very loud. I could go on and on but let me just warn you that this place is extreamly crappy!
