Claremont Pacifica Apartments

Consider this a warning!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   This complex is awful. Over the years it gets more and more run down. They hire the cheapest maintenance they can to cut costs on neccessary repairs. The rents increase annually. The manager is generally unavailable and/ or unresponsive. I was very happy to leave this complex when I did, and I should have left sooner!
