Great and Pleasant Place to Live From: WesternU2011 Date posted: 1/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I started graduate school last year and spent quite a bit of time looking all over Claremont for an apartment. Now that I've settled in, I can truly say that I am highly impressed with the management and property. It's clear that Daniel, Michael and Jim have all put in a lot of effort to provide a safe and comfortable community for the tenants. They are approachable, efficient and more than capable to handle any requests, big or small. The landscaping is very well maintained; importantly for me, it is very quiet and peaceful. Any time that I have had something to be checked out, they have taken care of it within a couple hours, which is much more than I can say about other apartments I've been in. Seeing some of the earlier posts on here, I was a bit skeptical when I moved in, so I wanted to provide viewers with my own perspective. I can't say I agree with the complaints (noise' utility complaints'); rather, I've found this a very pleasant place to live in addition to it being in an excellent location and having reasonable rent.
