There are better places to rent in Claremont for the same price or less

I would not advise anyone to rent here. The apartments are not maintained well. When items are replaced they are the cheapest they can get. Also, the group utilities which tenants must sign for are a ripoff. Tenants must pay for water and trash pickup services! I think the maintenance worker tries but he is very overworked.
