My family has called Plumtree our home for several years. We continue to call this our home because of its beauty and because of the customer service. We are thrilled with the new owner! Our rent has not been raised since they took over and we love the improvements they are doing to the property. The clubhouse remodel looks fabulous and I am sure they spent alot on it. I too was upset the fitness center hours were reduced until I found out the clubhouse was getting vandelized after office hours. Makes sense to me! There is much more to love about Plumtree than the fitness center. Our apt is our home. We have great neighbors we all look out for each other. We don't have drug dealers, theives and trouble makers living here. It is quiet, peaceful and the interiors are gorgeous. As for the staff- the manager is wonderful, warm hearted and resident friendly and she goes above and beyond what she is "paid" to do. Ernesto and Maria keep the grounds emmaculate and our maintenance issues are handled promptly and effeciently. Are we going to live here forever' No, we are planning to purchase a home soon. Until then we are proud to call Plumtree our HOME SWEET HOME!!
