Rude and incompetent property managers. They won't take responsibility for anything nor will they try to help you solve problems. Everyone from their CEO/Founder/President (whatever the hell his title is) down to the receptionist is impolite and highly disrespectful.

I agree with you 100% all they do is take your money. They do not respond with your complaints what so ever. I had a leaky roof for the past couple of years and til this date they still have not fixed the problem. Even if you are on the board of the property you are from and voice your opinion they still do not do anything.

I find this difficult to believe. They've been the best property management company that we've in years. They work well with our board of directors and why wouldn't they? - If they aren't doing a good job, they would be around for 3 years to not fix a leaky roof before the board sent them packing. That's why I am suspicious of the post above. Any property manager that does not work weel with any board does not work for that association. While Wheeler doesn't score an A with us, they still get a B and that not bad for anyone in their line of work.

It took this management company and the association involved four months to comply with the new law on the swimming pool. It was only on August 1, 2009 that the swimming pool finally opened. Almost no swimming pool all summer. What a job they are doing! They rate an F in getting the swimming pool done. They play favorites with the association board of directors. Those guys always get their condos done first, why? Why should they get any preferential treatment? Are they not homeowners like the rest of us?
