	Rude and incompetent property managers. They won't take responsibility for anything nor will they try to help you solve problems. Everyone from their CEO/Founder/President (whatever the hell his title is) down to the receptionist is impolite and highly disrespectful.

	They are slum lords!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING ANYWHERE THESE PEOPLE MANAGE!!!
