 The people are friendly, the grounds are keeped well. I recomend this apartment building.

 the landlords crazy. she'll blame you for anything thats wrong. i.e. the washer and dryer.

 The place is nearly full of crack heads, drug dealers and thugs! Don´t even think about moving in here unless you are one of the aforementioned.
