Overall Pleased But Can Improve

I have lived at these apts for over one year. At first, I was very pleased with the apt...management helpful, grounds clean, neighbors relatively quiet. However, there have been a couple changes.
1)There are nasty spiderwebs all over the outside of the complex. You think its dirt, but when you realize that they are tiny spiders with rather large webs, it makes you cring. I'm not entirely sure why they haven't washed them off, but they have been around for a few months now.
2) We live on the bottom level and have had four different tenants living above us...all rather loud considering the insulation separating our apts is thin. It sounds like our neighbors above are clogging from the moment they wake up until they (or we) go to sleep. Also, as a non-cat-owner, I don't appreciate the noise the cats make as they troll around at night. Oftentimes they are in heat and make a noise that can only be described as a baby in distress...truly frightening.
3) Also, visitor parking has become a problem. For some reason, people decide to use their garages for storage instead of parking. Parking has become as issue when others come to visit.
I DO have to say that any problem we have had that require maintenance assistance has been taken care of quickly and well. You also can't beat the location and I feel very safe. I WOULD recommend this complex to friends, but I think there are a couple changes management can make to improve the living conditions and retain tenants.
