Cottonwood grove was a fabulous place to live. I was there for about a year. Grounds are gorgeous, very cute and pretty, people are quiet for the most part, maintenance does an EXCELLENT job. They get things fixed ASAP and are super friendly. Apartments are nice looking and worth every penny in rent.
