I moved into a 2 bedroom 1 bath in the summer of 2007. The new manager is much better than any previous managers. I think we had a total of 3 different ones before she got there. She is strict, but fair. She does not act as if you are bothering her when you go into the office. The rent price is good, pretty quite except for the kids playing outside on the weekends. The cabinets in the kitchen are pretty dated. My neighbors are really nice and have not had any major issues. Overall, I really like it.
