I lived in the Peachland Apartments with my husband for almost three years (he was there for five) and back before they started switching management it was a nice place to live. Patricia was a great manager, kept the place clean and quiet, and made people follow the rules or they were out, so it was safe and comfortable...a real nice place to live. But then when they changed management companies it started going down hill and fast. They started letting scummy people in without so much as a thought to what their long time tennents would feel about having drug dealers and people who threw loud obnoxious parties all hours of the night living right above, below or next door to them. They stopped cleaning the pool, parking lot, or even just the sidewalks, and even after the damage to their sidewalk caused a bodily injury to someone it still took another six months before they ground down the HUGE gap in the walk...
The manager that was there when we finally decided to leave was a complete air head, dressed like she was a street walker, and plays favorites with some of the tennents. They continuously were raising the rent on us, and i am sure it is much worse since we haven't been there for over a year now...but in my opinion, don't walk from these apartments, RUN!!!
