I lived at this complex for two years. Nothing is ever fixed in the apartments...you can ask any of the current residents. There is a major roach problem that covers the whole complex pretty much. The rent and deposit is very reasonable but that is the trick to get you in here. It costs way to much to move so you end up stuck living in a slum.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone unless you desperately need somewhere to stay for a very short time. The rent will continue to go up over time and anything that you have that needs to be fixed will either be fixed in a crappy way but most likely it won't ever be fixed at all. I have stuff that has needed to be fixed for almost two years now.
Just be careful before moving in to these apartments. The move in costs are very cheap for a reason.. BEWARE!!!!
The managers are very nice but they can only do so much with the property management being unwilling to do anything or put any money into the property. Its sad when tenants have to do the trash pickup and sweeping without pay just to live in a semi-decent complex. That is sad but a very true thing here. So if you don't want to live somewhere that the tenants have to keep the place up themselves then keep looking.
