I resided at peachland apartments for one year before joining the army and it may have been one of the worst decisions that i have ever made. The manager is rarely ever there and if she is she never does anything to improve the complex. Numerous times I asked her to replace the window that was broken prior to me moving in and numerous times I was ignoored. Three months after i left the complex to serve our country I recieved a bill charging me for everything in the apartment that was broken or stained prior to me moving in. I had to pay 1,300 for stuff that the previous tennant had broke because they lost the initial walkthrough paperwork. When i recieved the bill I they gave me 10 days to fight or pay it and because I was in basic training when all this happened I was reported to a credit beuro han I now hold a negative mark on my credit which looks bad on a teenager trying to establish credit for the first time. My advice is if you dont want to get screwed check out the appartments across Alamos ST. They are much nicer and around the same price range and they take care of their tennants.
