I would not recommend Prescott Pointe to anyone...

The apartment was very, very small for it's price. The parking was a nightmare for a 2 car family. Rude neighbor's. Also, what little landscaping I had by my apartment was dead and the ground was all dirt, no wood chips. The only thing good was that it was by the freeway.

(2007 - 2008)Small for it's price? My husband and I searched all over Fresno and Clovis for an apartment and this one was the best space for the price. Not to mention the condition of the actual apartments were in top shape. I'm not just referring to OUR apartment, but several of our friends had rented there prior to the year we moved in (2006 - 2007). Also, our little yard and ALL of the little yards near us had NICE landscaping (grass, trees, or a couple had woodchips).I also don't think you can credit your issues with your neighbors to the whole complex... I'm sure my husband and I were considered "rude neighbors" because we didn't go out of our way to meet and socialize with our neighbors. And there are going to be people you don't get along with WHEREVER you move. I do agree that parking was AWFUL for a 2 car family, but most places are. Places with unassigned parking are even worse. My only complaint, other than parking, would be that often yardwork was done early in the mornings and that they even cut down one of the larger trees which caused a lot of noise inconvenient to our family with our infant daughter. Management was pretty amazing too. They worked around my pregnancy and travel limitations when we were signing for the apartment and responded to all of our issues in a timely manner.
