Great Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Pros - I've lived at Prescott Pointe for almost 2 years now, I love it. The management is very friendly, and prompt on fixing problems that arise in my apartment, I'm in the military and they have always been adaptable to my schedule, since I'm not always at home. PP is very pet friendly (I have two dogs); as long as you pick up after your pets. PP is close to just about everything. Clovis shopping center is not far, Old Town Clovis is just down the road. Wal Mart, Starbucks, ect is just down the road. Target is not far either. For those with Children, your kids can attend Clovis schools, which are some of the best in the state. The maintenance team there is TOP NOTCH! Cons - Traffic does at times gets heavy and sometimes its hard to get in and out of the complex. Late in the evening when traffic is light, cars speed very fast on Bullard Ave. Also, cars occasionally drive fast through the complex. There are speed bumbs in the complex, but those are wore out. The apartments are a bit small, and I think just a hair overpriced for the size and features. My apartment dosen't even have a garbage disposal. All and all, I like it, and can bare with the cons.
