I have lived at Prescott Pointe for almost two years now and have nothing but praise for the staff and apartment complex. After reading some of the other reviews before posting my own I feel like I must defend the place that me and my family call home. First, the staff. I have never met a more friendly staff that is genially concerned with the happiness of their residents. Anytime I have ever had a problem or needed something fixed it has always been taken care of right away. For everyone reading this review please realize that these apartments were not built yesterday. Things are going to break! Something might need to be fixed! If you can't handle that or have a habit of blaming other people when things go wrong then just do you and everyone in the world a favor and buy a house. That way only you have to deal with yourself. I have been inside of the office on more than one occasion (paying rent or just grabbing a cookie:) ) and have listened to the way some residents talk to the staff. It is just really crazy how disrespectful people can be. Yelling, cursing, and throwing a tantrum and then people don't understand why someone won't bend over backwards to help you out. If it was me, I d be going slap crazy. Still the staff manages to be polite and keep their professional bearing even under those circumstances. What more could you ask for' The property is well maintained and there s plenty of room for you to walk your dog or your kids to play. My apartment looks exactly like it did before I signed my lease. They walked with me through my apartment and took care of all of my complaints before I signed my lease. I'm one of those people who actually read their lease before signing and guess what' No surprises! I've lived in plenty of apartments and I didn t see anything in the lease that I haven t seen before. The problem is people don't read their lease and when they do something their not supposed to they want to blame the people that work there. What do you mean I can't have all my junk, trash, pet cow, etc. on my porch' You never told me that! Not only is it common sense because, uh, hello . . . You are not the only person who lives here (you know . . . your neighbors). It's in your lease stupid! I am a big fan of common sense and my common sense tells me that the people that take the time to write a negative, dishonest review 1: Did not read their lease 2: Threw a tantrum when management upheld the rules set forth in the lease and 3: Had nowhere else to express their hate then on the ethernet hiding behind a computer. I mean really you didn't know you had to pay for water trash and sewage' I guess the water just magically appears in your sink and the garbage men work for free. That s like taking a loan out from the bank and saying "What!, Your charging me interest! That's ridiculous!" Oh, and for my last quick fix. If you have a problem with the small price they charge for letting you use their washer and dryer then buy your own! People want to throw a fit when life is not handed to them of a silver platter. I'm done rambling. The bottom line is the staff is great, the apartments are great, the property is great. What s not to like'

Yeah.. funny I can never use the dumpster even though I pay for trash. It's always full of gardener crap... but I'm glad I get to pay for the disposal of the entire apartments landscaping. Oh and my PG&E was almost $400 this month.. why? I don't know but I'm calling PG&E to find out. The house I moved out of that was a 3/2 was cheaper in PG&E!
