The manager Veronica is the rude and unprofessional. Someone should complain to the Housing Authority of Fresno County. As a matter of fact I am. I'm making a formal complaint to them and the supervisor. Veronica acts if you owe her something because you live there. I don't know her education level but someone needs to take them to court. She is someone you don't want to deal with.
