They change management like i change my underwear, and everytime it a worse person, not better. They feel they are our parents and can order us to do as they please. You can tell that they even enjoy this power they think they have. Threats of eviction are often if you dont comply, but since we dont agree we are going to be evicted. Actually they cant evict for no reson (as they have none) so we will be givin a 30 day notice to move. We also paid for a 2 bedroom when we moved in, but they put us in a 1 bedroom and never fixed this, oh and we are not the only ones they have done this too.

well you are the only one who has felt bad enough to write a review. Why shouldnt a management co. have the right to tell people to leave if they dont pay their rent or are causing problems. You dont know the whole story so before you start slamming managment, you should get a better grasp of what is going on there. I have lived myself at royal and the last management company was fabulous. They got rid of a lot of dutsch bags and proably ruffled a lot of feathers like yours.

I lived there for about 5 years. It's one of the cheapest apartments to live at and you get what you pay for. Managers were changed about 4 times durring my durration there. Some were ok and some just didn't care. All in all I'd say it was a pretty cool place to live. That is if you don't mind 20 kids running around screaming all the time. Iretta!
