They do change managers frequently with each being worse than the last. The most recent manager that we have barely speaks english. What this amounts to is that they do not fix anything becasue we cannot communicate with management. There are screens missing from most apartments and the the management company will not buy any. All types of probelms and they take their time or do not fix them unless someone has pictures and threatens to take them to Fair Housing. This place has many problems that they keep putting off fixing and they are not minor problems. In the process of moving now because my apartment is not up to standards.
