noisy neighbor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 2 responses   I moved this apartment about 2month ago. every thing looked good but I found that they used cheap materials to aprtment. and neighbors are so noisy They are runnning and screaming while they play outside and they are running in the house too. price is also expensive unless we move here by below market price.
