You can't beat the location with the BART right there. The neighborhood is safe. Driving distance to a lot of stuff. They're renovating, so we're getting new hardwood floors. I hate the elevators here. SO slow! Management is ok. I haven't had any problems with the new management. I eat way too much Subway now.

With gang tagging all over the place and car break-ins (that we even got memos about) I'd disagree this place is safe. There are no hardwood floors, its LAMINATE, patterned to look like wood. No wood here. Even the cabinets are not wood, they are mdf that is laminated and also, by the way, warped and patched together. Yeah, don't park at the subway. If the lady who runs it even THINKS you parked anywhere near the place, she will start screaming obscenities at you. I will never go to another Subway for as long as live.
