Noisy, noisy, noisy...

I agree with the other posters who complain about the noise.

It is unbelievable
how cheaply made this place is.

You will hear EVERY footstep your
upstairs neighbor makes.

Loud music resonates throughout the building as there
are alot of younger people living here.

Party central! Recently, the rents have been raised for many tenants by almost $200.00/month !!! Also, you now have to pay for water ($40-$50 a month for a 1-bedroom), plus, all tenants are required to carry $50,000 liability insurance.

Absurdly expensive to live here...
