Great location Very close to Bart, maintenace good.. just call when u have any thing and they will take care of it . alot of ppl say it's noise ( i had good neighbors last year and this year they are idiot and crazy.. ) but im still here if i have any complane all what i do is call the mangement ..

well it is accurate that it is close to bart, but at the prices of this place, if you can't afford a car, you can't afford to live here, lol. Bart is really noisy too and the buses that run to and from the bart. Lots of noise until late into the night, like 1 or 2 am.
