La Terrazza 29% Recommended Apr 28 2008: This place conveniently uses excuses to bilk you out of every last dime. In the two years I lived there, the building and tenants have only gotten progressively worse. More vandalism, more loud parties, and they still had the nerve La Terrazza 29% Recommended Apr 19 2008: The only good thing about this apartment is the location in regards to BART. It is a very close walk. It is unbelievable how cheaply made this place is. You will hear EVERY footstep your upstairs neighbor makes. The neighborhood is safe. Driving distance to a lot of stuff. They're renovating, so we're getting new hardwood floors. I hate the elevators here. SO slow! Management is ok.
