I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE. For Colton, especially in this area which isn't the worst but isn't too far from ghetto.. these apartments are TOO overpriced. I pay ($1180.00) for a 2br/2b! In '07 for about approx. 6 days we had NO hot water in our whole side of the complex thanks to a broken water heater...
When it was brought to managements' attention they brushed it off and did nothing until i actually called code enforcement. Parking here is TERRIBLE! I have parked in the parking out front and in the 8 months I've lived here hes gotten broken into 3x, my roommate got her car window mashed in and broken into also IN FRONT of our house. I hate inviting anyone over because while the apartment itself is decent and in fair condition its embarassing walking anyone through anywhere where you can see the so called "pond", which to me is more like the green swamp from Shrek! It's disguisting! In the front their are always guys just sitting in front of their apartment at ALL hours smoking weed and who knows what else ! Management here is a JOKE ! You call them and ask them a(trivial)question, the 3 people that work there will all give you 3 different answers; and if you call back 5 minutes later the SAME person who answered your question will give you a completely different answer! I've called numerous times to get work orders and it takes forever! The only good thing I can say about this apartment is my lease is up soon and I'll be moving out !
