Centrepointe Apartments

Get me out of here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005 1 response   Two words - Hell Hole. I'm paying way too much for my tiny apartment. I do not recommend moving to Centrepointe Apts because it's unsafe, noisy, too small and the office staff is terrible. They ignore you, laugh at you as you leave, ignore work orders for their less-than-favorite tenants, and ignore complaints. I went two months with no heater freezing my butt off. I've complained five times about a specific neighbor who is still living there and causing problems daily. Is it a problem to like quiet' It is if you live here, because you will never get any peace and quiet. Ants are everywhere. Kids are constantly screaming outside and running up and down all the stairs in the area. You can hear every little thing in the apartments next door and people here are rude. No one cares about their neighbors and in general have no common decency. There are even HUGE rats that climb the buildings at night. Every so often - if you're lucky - you can see one going up or coming down. They're the size of a chihuahua! No joke. Management does nothing about this. Tenants do not pick up after their animals and it's almost as though the trash never gets picked up. Cigarette butts fill the gardens and there are "ghetto fights" on the basketball courts quite often. Parking is a nightmare since it is not assigned and if you care about your car you will not park in the parking lot. My car has been keyed, hit and scratched with rocks by kids who have no decent parents...all with no note, no cares and it sucks. Stay away from Centrepointe...nothing good will come of your stay!
