cottonwood apartments From: sexybabe69 Date posted: 11/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   the cottonwood apartments is a very good apartment place, but i just dont like the price and the people.why'' because of the people complain about babies crying like around the evening and the noise level is too loud and its not even cerfew. the cerfew was at 10pm but now there saying the cerfew is 8pm. one time my husband's car got vandalised in their property and we told them all they could say was we cant do anything about this because the camera wasnt working. i was thinking how come you have these cameras all around the apartments and nothing works.thats really stupid. the other thing was that the price of these apartments are too outrageous. like a 1 bedroom is small you can hardly move around and the price on the 1 bedroom is 850 a month and the 2 bedrooms is like alright and the 3 bedroom is okay but its kind of pricey too its 1200 a month. but i would not recommend these apartments to nobody.
