Cottonwood Ranch Apartments

YEA...........IT DOES SUCK!!! From: HPYRNTR69 Date posted: 2/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   My husband and I have been here for a few years. It does suck we have had a ton of new neighbors in and out! Now we have meth heads next to us and it sucks they are up all hours of the night and have no conciderataion for anyone! The staff is not to bad but the maitnece sucks butt!!! We have had a bad fan for I dont know how long and they will not come and fix it! Cottonwood gives ghetto the perfect meaning! It scuks here and I cannot wait to leave! Oh and dont break your gate opener even after 6 years they still charge you 75.00!!!! I would not recommend anyone move here unless of course you are ghetto and you dont have to adapt to it at all!
