worst management in 13 years!

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
 
incompetent maintenance staff as well as uncooperative office staff.plumbing is shot.Current management is the worst in 13 years! Their only concern is to obtain new residents, the needs of current tenants are ingored.
