I've been living in the complex for some time and I don't understand why the complex is the way it is. I have been through mumerous managers and management companies. The only concern that they seem to have is the "RAISING OF THE RENT". It seems as though they are price goiuging the residents because they can't rent the apartments that have been vacant for long periods of time. I know that there are approximately 5 apartments that have been vacant for 5 months or more. I don't see it getting any better either. There is suppose to be a security company that patrols the complex, but they aren't visible. There are residents and non-residents alike that hang out all night long making all sorts of noise. We have an onsite manager that doesn't seem to be very proactive in making sure that things are taken care of in a timely fashion. There is graffiti on the property, vandalism, and just unsafe areas. Something has to be done if Eagle Ridge ever intends on being a better complex and attract renters to the area.
