This is a scary place to live with or without children. Thugs hang out drinking and smoking all day. The pools are green, literally. The walkways are not lit. The apartments are infested and I do not exagerrate, with roaches and other weird bugs. If something breaks it won't get fixed. The landscaping is horrible, trash litters the sidewalks unless a walkt hrough is happening and thats when a small area will be cleaned. You can find the laundry facilities at any given time littered with weed bags, used condoms and beer bottles and this is true for the kiddie park as well. Cars are vandalized and broken into. Fire Alarms ring all night long. Don't you dare call the maintenence after hours either cause they won't answer....so when your apartment springs a leak you better know how to fix it yourself. With the exception of 1, all the other managers are lazy, conniving, vengeful, two faced, discriminating, lying, uneducated con artists. The rent maybe cheap but it is a depressing place to call home. When your children are attacked and robbed of their possessions at the kiddie park by grown men then there is a problem. Please, I discourage anyone and everyone from renting here!

I have been a resident here for many years, and I must agree that within the last year or two, this place has become a terrible place to call home.
